Agoo AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates AgenticAnanse, an AI-native mechatronics lifecycle platform, accessible at agenticananse.com and as a downloadable desktop application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

By using AgenticAnanse, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign in using a magic link or OAuth provider (Google or GitHub), we collect your email address, your name (if provided by the OAuth provider), and an identifier from your OAuth provider. We do not collect or store passwords.

Subscription and billing information

If you subscribe to AgenticAnanse Pro, billing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. We receive from Stripe: your subscription status, plan tier, renewal dates, and a Stripe customer ID.

Device information

When you activate the desktop application, we generate a machine fingerprint — a one-way hash derived from your device's hardware identifiers. We store only the hash, never the underlying hardware details. This is used to enforce per-license machine limits.

Usage and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data on our website, including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/region). The desktop application itself does not transmit telemetry to our servers. All AI processing in the desktop app runs locally on your machine.

Communications

We send transactional emails (sign-in links, subscription confirmations, renewal reminders) via Knock, Inc. and Postmark. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and manage your account

• To enforce license seat limits across devices
• To send transactional emails you have requested (sign-in links, receipts)
• To notify you when waitlist access is granted
• To improve our website and understand how it is used

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising profiling.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate AgenticAnanse. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.

• Railway — cloud hosting for our web application and database (US)
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription management (US)
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics (US)
• Knock, Inc. — transactional email orchestration (US)
• Postmark (ActiveCampaign) — transactional email delivery (US)
• LaunchDarkly — feature flag management (US)
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in via Google account
• GitHub OAuth — optional sign-in via GitHub account

When you sign in via Google or GitHub, those providers may collect information about the sign-in event in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to the exceptions described in our Data Deletion Policy.

Session tokens expire after 30 days of inactivity. Magic link tokens expire after 15 minutes.

6. Your Rights

California residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

• Rectify inaccurate personal data
• Request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing of your personal data
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed session tokens, and OS keychain storage for sensitive credentials in the desktop application. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

AgenticAnanse is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Our services are operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of AgenticAnanse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
