Data Deletion Policy

1. Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Agoo AI LLC. This right is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable privacy laws.

We will process all valid deletion requests within 30 days of verification.

2. What Data We Hold

When you use AgenticAnanse, we may hold the following personal data:

• Account data — your email address, name, OAuth provider identifier (Google or GitHub user ID), region, and account creation date
• Session data — hashed session tokens and associated IP address and user agent strings
• Device data — hashed machine fingerprints used for license seat enforcement
• Subscription data — subscription tier, status, renewal dates, loyalty year, and Stripe customer ID
• Waitlist data — email address and sign-up date if you registered on our waitlist
• Communication records — records of transactional emails sent to you (sign-in links, receipts)

The desktop application processes your project data (schematics, firmware, component lists) entirely on your local machine. This data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, contact us by email:

• Include: the email address associated with your account

We will send a verification email to confirm the request is coming from the account owner. Once verified, we will process your deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation email when complete.

4. What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account record (email, name, OAuth identifiers, region)
• All active sessions and session history
• Device fingerprints associated with your account
• Your waitlist entry, if applicable
• Any support communications stored in our systems

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose access to AgenticAnanse Pro, including any perpetual license rights, upon deletion of your account.

5. Data We Cannot Delete

Certain data must be retained to comply with legal obligations and cannot be deleted upon request:

• Financial records — transaction records, invoices, and billing history are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by California and US federal tax law. These records may include your email address as a billing identifier.
• Fraud prevention — if your account was flagged for fraud or Terms of Service violations, we may retain limited records necessary to prevent re-registration.
• Aggregated analytics — anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be traced back to you individually is not subject to deletion.

Stripe, our payment processor, maintains its own records of payment transactions independently of us. You may contact Stripe directly at stripe.com/privacy to request deletion of data held by Stripe.

6. Deletion Timeline

• Day 0 — You submit a deletion request
• Day 0–2 — We send a verification email to confirm your identity
• Day 2–30 — Upon verification, we process the deletion
• Day ≤30 — We send a confirmation email when deletion is complete

If we are unable to verify your identity or process your request within 30 days, we will contact you to explain the reason and provide a revised timeline.

7. Cancellation vs. Deletion

Canceling your subscription is not the same as requesting data deletion. Cancellation stops future billing and removes access to AgenticAnanse Pro, but your account data is retained until you request deletion or the retention period expires. If you wish to have your data deleted after canceling, please submit a separate deletion request.
